An order status showing as "payment review" means we have been unable to process your payment and our system is awaiting an update from the payment provider for the reason. This will usually change to "cancelled" after a period of time.
Any order showing as "payment review" or "cancelled" will not be processed and no funds will be taken from your account. You will need to place a new order for the items you require.
the most common reason for an order showing as payment reviw/cancelled is an error when entering payment details at checkout or an error during secure verification. We suggest waiting a short while, clearning your browser cache and then trying again.
