A cutter guide is a path drawn around your artwork which lets us know exactly where you want your shapes to be cut, creased or perforated. The most practical way of creating this is by using Adobe Illustrator and you can find some great tutorials online on how best to do this. The main thing is to ensure this is supplied on its own dedicated layer in a PDF or as a separate PDF file that, when overlaid on the artwork, provides a perfect guide for our cutting equipment.
In some cases StressFreePrint may be able to produce the cutter guide for you.
For more information on setting up and creating your print ready artwork visit our dedicated design support section of the help centre or get in touch and we'll do all we can to asset.
