When you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you don't see the confirmation email, remember to check your spam folder.
Once your order has entered our production queue, you'll receive another email from us. By this point, it's usually too late to make any changes to your order.
